Instruction uses either Suzuki or traditional pedagogy according to the age and development of the student. Suzuki instruction also includes weekly group classes. For further information on the Suzuki method visit the web site of Suzuki Assn. of the Americas.

Recitals are planned three times a year and all students are encouraged to participate in one or more recitals each year.

The private instruction program at The Center operates on a two-semester system closely following the school calendar. While most students begin lessons at the beginning of a semester, students may begin at any time there is an opening in the teacher/studio schedule. There is a summer term for private instruction. Enrollment is based on matching the teacher's and student's schedules.
